News on Expanded Natural Burial Options at Riverview Cemetery

Nevue Ngan Associates facilitated community discussion sessions by illustrating design alternatives for a new dedicated natural burial area at River View Cemetery. Based on strong interest from the meetings, River View Cemetery is exploring the designation of a larger, more ecologically diverse part of its property. The expanded features a stream with natural vegetation addition to amenities such as trails, benches and ceremonial spaces. The new burial area is expected to open 2012.
